Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langer les abricots \u00e9cras\u00e9s et l\u2019eau. Porter \u00e0 faible \u00e9bullition et ajouter les gousses de vanille.<br \/>\n4. Au bout de 5\u00a0minutes, incorporer le gingembre et le sucre en m\u00e9langeant bien.<br \/>\n5.
